1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Cyrah ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound
by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use
the Platform.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and
complete information during registration. One account per person per
30-day period is permitted.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to
not attempt to bypass security measures, and to not interfere with
the operation of the service.
4. Privacy & Data
We collect device fingerprint data, usage statistics, and account
information to provide and improve our services. Your data is
handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Cyrah
shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or
inability to use the Platform.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued
use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new
terms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these
terms, with or without notice.
